The room that we had the floor was dirty, the bed sheets were gritty, but the look for the room was great with the sliding door. It reminded us of a old farmhouse theme. The reception for night shift was phenomenal she has a sense of humor and walked me thru the process of paperwork. The arbic lady for day shift was rude and called me a liar. I am not a liar the room was messy but I cleaned up all trash and took it to the dumpster. When I told her that the beds were dirty, her vibe changed totally. She told me that they make sure every room gets cleaned and that if I didn't take what I said back that she would keep my deposit next time.The housekeeper didn't give us clean towels or washcloths. I worked as a housekeeper before and I know the standards of a living quarters. I know that a housekeeper can lose their job or get fired for unhealthy dirty sheets or not changing sheets in a timely manner. Both of the sheets on the beds was not clean and looked like someone laid on them. I am NOT A LIAR when it comes this. We ate 4star diner which was reasonable priced for family members. This place could use an upgrade for a washing and drying machines section and breakfast too. The floor was not carpeted and my 2 year old daughter fell off the bed head first. Thank goodness she is okay seeing that I took her to the ER to have her looked at by the doctor. Maybe considering to put floor mats or something on the floor or maybe bed rails so this WILL NOT happen again.

it has changed, much better than it used to be. comfortable bed and room was nice. will star there again. the person at booking.com were very helpful. I had specified a room on the 1st floor since I am disabled and cannot use the stairs. I believe the price was higher than I would have liked to pay, but ……. we like the inn since it was walking distance to the 4star restaurant we love to visit. Thank you very much.

This hotel is in a less traveled part of Oklahoma but it’s a hidden gem. I always try to stay here when I’m in the area. It’s an exceptional value.
